We have made an official stance against SOPA in our latest official blog post. That’s not true. The coupon is only applicable for up to 10 domains, not all your domains. I only learned about this after pre-funding my account to do the transfers with an American Express card, so now I’m going to be charged $32 more than promised.
Hi Dan, I apologize for the issue and we’ve updated the post. You should have been able to review the total cost before proceeding with the full order, however, to see that this was capped at 10 per account.
Yep, i found out after the fact that “All” is limited to 10 domains too. I was transferring around 110 domains.
Ken, we increased the limit to 100 on 12/28.
Is it possible to add any coupons for .me transfer? I have transferred all my domains but just one .me from GoDaddy due to the relatively high transfer fee…

Ricco, the fee isn’t for the transfer but rather for the year tacked onto your registration. The .me registry commands higher costs than com/net/org and other standard domains. With their own pricing, unfortunately, it gives us little flexibility.
